Sorry it took so long for another update....we were unable to get an internet connection. Yesterday (Tues) we did painting in the boys dorm and today we painted the tables and benches in their dining hall, and also torched out some metal windows that were rusting out. Last night we went to see the city of Vijayawada and did a little shopping....we left around 9:00p.m. We were all almost too tired to go, but didn't want to miss an opportunity to see more. Seems like the Indian people come to life about then....when these Americans are ready to sleep. If anyone has a little extra time, take a nap for us. We are all quite healthy...however, the stench from the toilet area off of the boys dorm almost put us out of commission....Ed of course chose the opposite end of the room to paint! :) We were planning on going to a Prayer Meeting tonight, but again due to heavy rains, it was canceled. Mosquitos are thicker than ants on a cookie crumb.... We were sorry the prayer meeting was canceled because it was being held in a "hut" home, which would be interesting to see. Forecast is that the unrest in Hyderabad is to be settled and over by tomorrow. Continue to pray for us on Monday as we drive to Hyderabad to leave. Tomorrow (Thurs) possibly more painting, Friday a shopping/sight seeing day, Saturday another medical clinic (pray for no rain). Ed, Joyce, Polina, Tom, Joe, Sami

Tom & Ed- quite the scaffolding! Sorry about the stench! We are praying for all of you - for continued health and safety especially with the unrest in Hyderabad.
