Of Smiling Faces and a Rooftop Experience

Good evening,
This blog may not be as long but will have more pictures. Now if a picture is worth a thousand words it may be a long one.
Today was a lazy sort of day. We enjoyed listening to the singing competetion at the school. We saw lots of smiling faces wanting just one photo. We saw lots of little brown hands reaching out to shake your hand.
We had nice chat around the lunch table about Indian culture, tradtions, casts, and names. It was then that
Bushie informed us that she changed her name to Joyce!
We had time to update our journals or keep in touch with our Valentines at home or update facebook.

We had time to sit on the balcony, enjoy the the breeze and share snacks.

We prepared our gifts for the school children. We taste tested the candy to see if it's ok and had a date or two afterward.
Tom had a short service for some youth here at the house before we left for our evening service. That service was not too far from here, in a village where 165 trains go through a day. It was indeed a rooftop experience! We sang two songs and Tom did the preaching. We were served cookies and soda .

Pray for us as we do a medical camp tomorrow.

Martha

Dennis & Cindi, your munchkin is happy as a lark and as good as gold, or so I've been told. But then you knew that already! She was at Aunt Diana's today. She fell asleep on the way over and slept an hour in her car seat. You're going to have some serious entertaining to do when you get home, unless you borrow some nieces and nephews. In fact, you may have a hard time getting her back! I saw her go to church in a buggy Sunday morning. :)
