From the Leadership Team:
Thank you for your support of the Revival Meetings last week with Todd Neuschwander and the Licensing over the weekend! We really do need your support and prayers in the weeks and months ahead.

With Tom Mullet and Ed Yoder’s Licensing, changes will need to be made on the team!

We have asked Ed Mullet to be the replacement for Tom Mullet as Lead Elder. He has consented to do this if the congregation approves it. The term is to end April 3, 2011 when either Tom Mullet or Ed Yoder is selected as Lead Pastor. We would like to ask for your approval this morning.

We would like to add 2 elders to the team to replace Tom Mullet and Ed Yoder. We have been advised to do this as soon as possible, especially utilizing some of the younger men of the congregation. It was recommended by both Walter and Todd to keep 5 elders on the team in order to maintain good communication with the congregation.

A proposal regarding this will be given next Sunday morning, the 17th with a ballot vote on Sunday morning the 24th. If approved, Lord willing, we would plan to do the Elder installation either before Thanksgiving or the first part of December.
